UNIVIS HVI 13
Univis HVI is a range of high-performance anti-wear hydraulic oils characterized by their unusually high viscosity index. They are designed to maintain viscosity control over a wide temperature range. Due to their stable viscosity, Univis HVI is recommended for hydraulic systems subjected to wide temperature variations. Many such systems are sensitive to changes in the viscosity of the hydraulic oil because they rely on stable viscosity to operate accurately. The oils provide optimal low-temperature flow properties and resist shear and viscosity loss, which helps maintain system efficiency and minimize internal pump leakage at high pressures and temperatures. These hydraulic oils also provide very good wear protection in vane, piston, and gear pumps operating under high-pressure conditions. The Univis HVI oils are formulated with excellent oxidation stability, reducing deposit formation and improving pump and valve performance. The oils have been developed in cooperation with major equipment manufacturers to meet the stringent requirements of heavy-duty hydraulic systems using high-pressure, high-output pumps, as well as addressing the critical requirements of other hydraulic system components.
