Mobilgear OGL 007 is a high-performance lubricant with advanced technology containing both extreme-pressure additives and finely dispersed graphite for load-carrying capacity. They are primarily intended for the lubrication of large, heavily loaded gears operating at low to medium speed. In addition to exceptional load-carrying capacity, they have excellent adhesion and resist slinging even under extreme conditions. Mobilgear OGL 007 is easy to pump from drums to spray nozzles using conventional circulation pumps. The low-temperature properties and flowability of Mobilgear OGL 007 allow them to be sprayed under varying conditions. Mobilgear OGL 007 is formulated with a finely dispersed graphite of carefully specified quality that contributes significantly to wear prevention under the boundary lubrication conditions found in high-load / low-speed operations typical of large open gears, among others.
