Bunker Oil is looking for a new operator for our terminal in Hammerfest

We are looking for a practical and responsible person who wants a varied workday. The role combines work at the terminal with driving a tank truck, and you will be an important part of the supply to energy stations, fisheries, and the maritime industry in the region.

This is a position for someone who wants a local workplace, a high degree of independence, and a workday where no two days are quite the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Receipt and delivery of fuel to vessels and customers

• Driving a tank truck and delivering fuel in the region

• Operation and monitoring of the terminal

• Daily control and HSE routines

• Minor maintenance of facilities and equipment

• Warehouse and logistics tasks

• Participation in emergency and oil spill response as needed

Qualifications Required

• Driver's license class C

• ADR tank (training can be provided to the right candidate)

• Valid CPC (YSK)

• Experience from transport, logistics, industry, or terminal operations

• Technical interest and practical understanding

• Good knowledge of Norwegian, spoken and written

Working Hours

The position is primarily daytime.

• Regular working hours: 08:00–16:00

• Rotating late shift until 18:00

• Rotating on-call week with telephone standby and call-outs as needed

• No offshore rotation or shift schedule
