Bunker Oil works systematically with compliance with laws, ethical guidelines, and responsible working conditions – within its own operations and in collaboration with suppliers.
The Transparency Act
Bunker Oil is committed to complying with basic international human rights and promoting decent working conditions. As an important part of our business, we expect the same compliance from our suppliers and business partners. Our ethical guidelines address behavior in our working environment, business practices, and relationships with our external stakeholders, and apply to everyone who works in and with Bunker Oil.
At Bunker Oil, we achieve a good working environment and strengthen our stakeholders' trust by practicing and promoting respect for each individual, honesty, and integrity. The Board of Directors has adopted responsibility in Bunker Oil's guidelines and commitment to conduct due diligence assessments and report in accordance with the Transparency Act.

Equality
We work for equality and against discrimination on the basis of gender, pregnancy, leave in connection with childbirth or adoption, caregiving duties, ethnicity, religion, belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, as well as combinations of these grounds.
Our equality statement is described in our Ethical Guidelines. All employees of our subsidiaries and the company suppliers shall be treated fairly and without prejudice. No one shall be discriminated against in connection with recruitment, salary, competence development, promotion, or termination, nor in daily work. Behavior that can be perceived as threatening or degrading, including bullying, harassment, and discrimination, is not accepted.
